## How it works

- Rank = total committed, highest on top. Ties go to whoever reached the total first.
- $1 minimum for a new listing or to raise your own. Whole US dollars.
- Taking the number one spot costs at least $5 above the current leader.
- The $100 cap: no bid may put a listing more than $100 above the leader.
- Ranks 1-10 are "in the sprint" (1-3 are the podium); everything below is the backlog.
- Votes are free and buy zero rank.
- Payments are one-time and final. Refunds only when a listing is removed for a rules breach.
